About Us
Revr was designed out of the necessity for better understanding of short-term rental investing.
We were wary of investing in markets outside of our own and so we created a better way to get realistic figures for any market in the United States. We used years of property data from Air BNB, VRBO & Homeaway as a starting point to create better analysis procedures.
We then introduced Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to organize and predict revenues based on specific locations and features of properties. Our predictions are (data) science based, not “comp” based and that is why we have the most accurate short term and vacation rental revenue predictions on earth.
